Questions
The things people ask before they trust it.
It sounds like a composed person on a headset. Natural pacing, real breaths, filler words where a person would use them. Most callers do not ask. The agent will always say it is an AI assistant if it is asked directly. That is not configurable, and in several regions it is the law.
Yes. It stops talking the moment the caller starts, holds the thread it was on, and picks it back up afterwards. Barge-in latency sits around 300ms, which is roughly the pause a person leaves.
It writes to your live calendar during the call, whether that is Google Calendar, Outlook or your scheduling system, and respects service duration, staff skills, travel buffers and blackout rules. If the slot goes while it is talking, it offers the next one instead of failing.
Warm transfer on demand, on a keyword, or on rules you set, such as high value, angry caller, or anything outside scope. The human receives a two-line summary before they pick up, so the caller never repeats themselves.
It says so, offers to find out, and either escalates or takes a message with the specific question attached. It is configured not to guess. Every unanswered question lands in a weekly gap report you can turn into new knowledge.
Voice, personality, opening line, how it handles objections, what it must never say, when to escalate, how many times to follow up, and what it writes back to your systems. Behaviour is versioned, so you can roll back a change that made things worse.
Per minute of connected conversation, billed by the second, with a monthly platform fee that covers unlimited agents and numbers. Ringing, voicemail and no-answers are not billed as conversation.
Bring an existing number through your carrier or Twilio, or take a local number from us in 40+ countries. Caller ID stays yours, and you can run different numbers per location or campaign.
Recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest, retained for a window you choose, and deletable per contact on request. Recording announcements can be forced on per region, and you can disable recording entirely while keeping transcripts.
